The Store Manager is responsible for the overall store performance both financial and operational of a market by establishing and maintaining guest services, overseeing and is accountable for the operation of their market by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through expense control, human resource management, and managing operating costs and shrink.

COMPENSATION: 70K to 90K SALARY + BONUS OPPORTUNITIES.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that each customer receives outstanding customer service by ensuring that management team is maintaining store standards, solid product knowledge, conducting call backs, ensures that time commitments are met, and all other components of guest service. Handles escalated customer complaints.
• Sets expectations and communicates regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development, and overall customer service. Holds management team accountable for job responsibilities, training and goals by coaching or counseling employees toward desired behaviors. The District Manager will lead by example.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures of the Company by conducting regular meetings with employees, store audits, etc.
• Conducts performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals.
• Analyzes and measures business trends; develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed Sales and Profit targets as provided in the Store Margin Statement.
• Writes up customers in POS system
• Answers phone calls
• Inventory control

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience of sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends

As a General Service Technician, you will perform non-technical service repairs such as oil changes, tire, and wheel-related services, alignments, flushes, detailed PMI’s (preventative maintenance inspections), and more. While working alongside ASE Certified Automotive Technicians, you will get the training necessary to get to the next level in your career. COMPENSATION: $20 to $25 per hour - varies upon experience

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely transports customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner obeying all traffic laws.
• Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections on vehicles in an ethical manner following all company and state guidelines.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• While performing basic services, observes general vehicle condition and points out any obvious needed repairs or safety concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Utilizes the company’s Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order to properly document the vehicle condition.
• Maintains cleanliness of the shop to include the service area, tire racks, showroom and outside the building to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
• Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
• This position will require the candidate to lift, stand, bend, walk, crawl or climb and be capable of lifting 50lbs.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive experience preferred, but we will consider energetic and hard-working individuals with a passion for cars.
• Must possess a valid driver's license 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
